- Mares for sale
As we have a lot of home bred stock now a few of our older foundation mares will sadly be for sale.
Some ponies will be on our mares for sale
page, but please don't hesitate to contact us for details of others. - Our first foal has arrived!
On the 01/04/2010 Croft Bluebell had a lovely coloured filly by Snelsmore Jasper. With a straight forward delivery both mother and daughter are doing well, we have named her Nightingale. With our 2010 foaling season off to a good start it didn't seem long before Nightingale had two new friends to play with, Athelney Victoria had a little colt by Merrylees Satchmo and Winchcombe Blueberry had a filly by Snelsmore Calipso. Please following our foaling updates, pictures of our 2010 foals will be added to our foal page soon. - Update on horses and cattle
Our Horses
Along with breeding and showing our ponies, we breed sport horses.
Our first home bred grey filly Carnaval Queen is now competing and we
are very pleased with her progress, it makes for an interesting but hectic
life.
Our Cattle
Our small herd of Dexter cows have also increased to six with
three calves due this year. The cows not only have great individual
personalities, they work very well with our horses and ponies allowing
us to mix graze and manage our land more efficiently. - New range of Tack
As part of our natural expansion we are now able to offer
various tack for Shetland Ponies. We will continue to expand on this
range so if you would like to purchase any of the stock,
please click on the tack for
sale page. |
