We have dedicated this page to remember our much loved Mulberry.
Unfortunately he suffered an accident while in the field in early 2010 and is no longer with us.
We had Mulberry almost from the start and he played an important role in helping us build our stud. Mulberry was a small stallion with a wonderful gentle temperament, often the butt of everybody's jokes referring to him as slightly shy or even gay. He was a superb example of the Shetland breed, correct in conformation and smooth flowing movement. He sired many beautiful ponies, in particular Snelsmore Jacqueline, winner of her class at the 2008 National In-Hand Awards Scheme, and Snelsmore Indigo, who was placed first at the 2006 Breed Show.
He has left us some lovely brood mares for the future and a exciting son in Snelsmore Mandrake. May you rest in peace Mulberry.
